Architectural Technologist

Our growing architectural firm in Vianden is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting architects and designers in the development of building plans, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and providing technical support throughout the construction process. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop building plans that meet client needs and comply with building codes
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Prepare construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
