Architectural Technologist

Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of various architectural projects. You should have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes, as well as excellent technical drawing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of drawings, plans, and specifications for architectural projects.
- Conduct research on building materials and construction techniques.
- Review and analyze project designs for feasibility and compliance with building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are accurately interpreted.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent technical drawing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and plane ticket for the right candidate.
