Machine Operator
We are a manufacturing company located in Bungoma, seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience operating machinery in a production setting and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, including accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery during production runs
- Conduct regular quality checks on output to ensure adherence to standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating machinery in a production setting
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
