Part-Time Restaurant Manager
The Part-Time Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant located in Bungoma, ensuring that all tasks and duties are carried out efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create work schedules for employees, taking into account their availability and the restaurant's needs
- Train new employees on proper procedures and protocols to maintain consistent service standards
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets the restaurant's standards
- Collaborate with vendors to order supplies and ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, kitchen, and storage areas according to health codes

Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food or hospitality industry preferred

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.
