We are currently hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement electrical systems and components in line with project requirements
- Perform detailed calculations to ensure system accuracy and safety
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Conduct tests and inspections on electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Train staff on the proper use of electrical systems and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all designs, tests, inspections, and maintenance activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
