As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages in our bustling cafe in Bungoma, Kenya. Your role will require excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong knowledge of different coffee types and preparation methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure quality control by monitoring brewing equipment and ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Stock and restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing personality
- Knowledge of different coffee types and preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Fluency in English (Swahili is a plus)

Salary: 1700 USD/month without accommodation.
