Seasonal Barista in Bungoma, Kenya

As a Seasonal Barista in Bungoma, Kenya, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee beverages to our customers. You will use your knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing techniques to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. Previous experience as a barista is required, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month (paid bi-weekly)
