Entry Level Welder

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry Level Welder in Bungoma. As an Entry Level Welder, you will be responsible for assisting experienced welders, learning welding techniques and safety procedures, and producing high-quality welds on various materials. As an Entry Level Welder, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting experienced welders with various tasks such as cutting, grinding, and welding
- Learning proper welding techniques and safety procedures from experienced professionals
- Operating and maintaining welding equipment
- Producing high-quality welds on different materials based on project requirements
- Following project specifications and blueprints accurately
- Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all safety regulations

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of welding principles (experience is not required)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced professionals
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary: $1400/month (salary may vary based on experience)
