We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Bungoma region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market trends.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
