We are searching for a skilled and experienced Part-Time Land Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Part-Time Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data for various projects. Your main duties will include measuring and mapping land areas, analyzing survey data, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate land surveys using various equipment such as GPS devices, total stations, and level instruments
- Record measurements and data using computer software and manual methods
- Create maps, charts, and diagrams based on survey data to present to clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey information for projects
- Ensure that all surveys are conducted in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards
- Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing survey findings and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry
- Knowledge of land laws and regulations in Kenya
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The average work week will consist of 20 hours but may vary depending on project demands.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month based on experience.
