We are in need of a skilled Gardener to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of plants and gardening techniques, as well as experience with landscaping and maintaining outdoor spaces. They must also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain gardens and outdoor spaces
- Plant, water, prune, and fertilize plants
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Trim trees and shrubs as needed
- Maintain lawn areas by mowing, edging, and weeding
- Operate gardening equipment safely

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
