We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. You will need to have excellent technical skills and a good eye for detail to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting routine inspections of our properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and basic landscaping
- Installing fixtures and appliances as needed
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Communicating with property managers or tenants to address any issues or concerns
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and practices
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary: $1100 per month (depending on experience)

Location: Bungoma, Kenya (with visa sponsorship available)
