Factory Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of factory machinery and equipment. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. Accommodation will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor factory machines and equipment according to instructions
- Check machines regularly for any malfunctions or issues
- Troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical problems as needed
- Ensure that production quotas are met efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Factory Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of factory machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Good physical stamina, as this job may involve standing for long periods of time or lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate production output
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required
- Excellent communication skills
