We are a leading manufacturing company in Bungoma, Kenya seeking a skilled and motivated Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines on the production floor. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and fix issues quickly will be crucial in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines on the production floor, including but not limited to, lathes, mills, drills, grinders, presses, and saws.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running correctly.
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate production schedules.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with different types of machinery used in production facilities is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday. The factory operates on two shifts: day shift (7 am - 3 pm) and night shift (3 pm - 11 pm).
