Rental Company Manager

As the Rental Company Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our rental company in Bungoma. This includes managing a team of rental agents and ensuring that all rental properties are properly maintained and managed. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase rental occupancy rates and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of rental agents and oversee their daily activities
- Ensure that all rental properties are properly maintained, including handling any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental occupancy rates and profitability
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current rental trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Handle any customer complaints or issues related to rentals in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and analyze financial data related to rentals, including revenue, expenses, and occupancy rates
- Stay up-to-date on local laws and regulations related to rentals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the rental industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Understanding of local laws and regulations related to rentals
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Education:
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bungoma. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
