We are seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment and machinery to smelt metals and alloys. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to standard procedures
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow levels during the smelting process
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment
- Ensure the quality of the smelted metal meets specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Smelter Operator is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in hot and physically demanding conditions

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
