Junior Power Engineer


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power Engineer to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya on a contract basis. As a Junior Power Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, maintenance, and operation of power systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design of power systems and equipment, including conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis
- Maintain and troubleshoot power systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement maintenance plans
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in power engineering technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software for design purposes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1400/month
