CNC Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various CNC machines to perform precision machining of metal or plastic parts. This is a contract job with an attractive salary of 1000$. We welcome applicants with any level of experience, including freshers, and provide free visa and ticket for those coming from outside the country.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders
- Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and accuracy of cuts
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of programming languages such as G-code and M-code
- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical training in machining or related field
- Experience with different types of CNC machines (lathe, milling machine, etc.)
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software
