Office Manager
Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks within the office, as well as ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Plan company events and team building activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Bungoma is a vibrant city located in western Kenya. It offers a mix of urban amenities along with beautiful natural surroundings.
