Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a driven and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy at our hotel. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, sales calls, and site visits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Analyze data and create reports on sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue projections
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service
- Handle negotiations with clients to secure contracts and partnerships
- Maintain a strong understanding of hotel services, amenities, and pricing options

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with the potential for full-time employment in the future
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of local market trends for hotels in Bungoma is a plus

We offer competitive compensation of $1000 per month for this part-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
