We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and personable individual who is able to provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out process
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor guest access to the building through key cards or other security measures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
