Entry Level Warehouse Worker

We are a leading logistics company in Nakuru seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for organizing and storing products, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory records. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products according to company protocols
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and teamwork mentality
