We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Nakuru. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and budgets
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor progress of the project and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders on project updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
