Waiter/Waitress

Our busy restaurant in Nakuru is seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong knowledge of food and beverage menus. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We also offer a free visa and ticket for non-locals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks to tables
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations to guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work stations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders and handling cash transactions
