We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our premises. Your main duties will include fixing and installing various items such as plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and cleaning
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all safety standards are met in accordance with local regulations
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license is preferred

We offer competitive pay starting at 1500$ per month depending on experience. This is a contract job with potential for long-term employment. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
