CAD Draftsman - Nakuru, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction and engineering projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements
- Review and edit existing drawings to ensure accuracy
- Prepare drawings for submission to clients or regulatory agencies
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in drafting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Familiarity with construction and engineering principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical plans
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or related field
- Experience working on construction or engineering projects in Kenya
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Kenya
