Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Nakuru. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various industrial equipment and structures. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply paint using various methods such as brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Mix paints and match colors according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of hazardous materials
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Keep records of materials used and work completed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes
- Good communication skills

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month for part-time work with the potential for full-time employment in the future. Accommodation may also be provided for the right candidate.
