Industrial Painter
An experienced Industrial Painter is needed to join our team in Nakuru. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in industrial painting and should be able to work with various types of paints, coatings, and surface preparation equipment. The main responsibility of this role is to apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other methods. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning painting tools and equipment. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage
- Mix paint and other materials according to specifications
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure proper coverage and smoothness of finish
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment regularly
- Follow all safety procedures while working with paints and chemicals
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Proficient in using various types of paints, coatings, and surface preparation equipment
- Ability to mix paints according to specifications
- Knowledge of different application techniques such as brushing, rolling or spraying
- Good understanding of color theory and design principles
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail for achieving a smooth finish without drips or runs
- Excellent teamwork skills
