Factory Machine Operator


We are a manufacturing company based in Nakuru and we are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our factory to ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $1200 per month for this position.

This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya.
