We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Blast Furnace Worker in Nakuru, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron and steel. No prior experience is required for this position, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blast furnaces according to established procedures
- Maintain proper levels of raw materials and adjust as needed
- Monitor temperatures and gas levels within the furnace
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot and challenging environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols at all times
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for measuring materials

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $1400 per month for this position.
