Foundry Supervisor

As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the foundry in Nakuru. Your main duties will include supervising and training foundry workers, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in foundry operations and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, including accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for non-Kenyan candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise foundry workers to ensure efficient operation
- Train new employees on proper foundry techniques
- Monitor production to meet quality control standards
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Oversee inventory of materials and order supplies as needed
- Communicate with management on production targets and progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in foundry operations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train others
- Knowledge of casting techniques, melting processes, and metal properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow production schedules
- Understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya. Accommodation is provided for all employees.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
