Rental Coordinator
Location: Nakuru, Kenya


Our rental company in Nakuru is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the rental process from start to finish. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation and is perfect for freshers looking to start their career in the rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding rental services through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule rental appointments with customers and ensure all necessary information is collected and entered into our system accurately
- Prepare rental agreements, collect payments, and issue receipts to customers
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they are in good working condition
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for any necessary repairs or maintenance on rental vehicles
- Keep detailed records of all rentals including customer information, vehicle details, rental dates, and payments received
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when replenishments are needed
- Assist with marketing efforts by creating social media posts and promoting special deals or offers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required; freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
