As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and ensuring that all accounts are up to date. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone or email to remind them of outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and schedules with customers
- Update customer records with payment information and any changes in contact details
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and initiate collection actions when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Provide excellent customer service while handling difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in collections or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
