Part-Time Concierge in Nakuru


A prestigious hotel in Nakuru is seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, events, or activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests for additional amenities
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of local area attractions, events, and services to assist guests with their inquiries
- Ensure lobby area is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive compensation of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for qualified candidates.
