Male Teacher in Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Male Teacher in Mombasa, Kenya to join our team on a contract basis. As a Male Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment for students. This role is suitable for men who are passionate about education and have experience teaching in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes inclusivity and diversity
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school events as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a classroom setting
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to changing environments

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 USD per month.

Location:
This position is based in Mombasa, Kenya. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently living in or willing to relocate to Mombasa.
