We are in need of a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Mombasa. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays. Your role will involve selecting and arranging flowers, designing bouquets and centerpieces, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Selecting and purchasing quality flowers from suppliers
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to client's preferences
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and preferences
- Creating unique floral designs for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, and holidays
- Keeping up-to-date with latest trends and techniques in the floristry industry

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to create visually appealing floral arrangements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits
