Junior Florist

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Florist to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Junior Florist, you will assist in all aspects of floral design and preparation for events and daily orders. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with floral design for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions
- Create floral arrangements for daily orders and maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure that all arrangements are executed according to client specifications and within budget
- Assist in the maintenance of the flower shop, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering questions, taking orders, and handling payments

Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
