Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Mombasa is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. We welcome applicants who have their own visa and are able to work legally in Mombasa.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment including transmitters, receivers, antennas, and transmission lines
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the radio station
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in radio technology

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Radio Technician or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of radio equipment and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs independently
- Excellent communication skills for working with team members and providing instructions to non-technical staff
- Detail-oriented with excellent record keeping abilities
- Must have own visa to work legally in Mombasa
