Entry-Level Welder

Our company in Mombasa is seeking an entry-level welder to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding duties using various techniques and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate with team members to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a welding training program or apprenticeship is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
