We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Mombasa. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail stores. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month, and includes accommodation. We are open to candidates of any nationality, but the ability to obtain and maintain your own visa is required.

Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to ensure proper display and merchandising of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Negotiate product placement and promotions with store managers
- Develop relationships with store employees to increase sales and brand awareness
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement
- Analyze sales data to track product performance and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
