Sales Manager - Mombasa
As a Sales Manager in Mombasa, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities for our company. This includes identifying potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills who is able to motivate and support our sales team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in Mombasa
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work an average of 20 hours per week.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1700 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Mombasa. However, remote work options may be available depending on the candidate's location.

Experience:
