Land Surveyor


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Mombasa on a contract basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features, as well as providing data and analysis for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to determine precise locations, elevations, and measurements of land features.
- Using advanced technology such as GPS, robotic total stations, and drones to collect data.
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, charts, and reports.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying.
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and creating reports for clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with new technology and techniques in the field of land surveying.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones.
- Knowledge of CAD software for map creation.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Mombasa. Accommodation will not be provided so candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements. Candidates must also have their own valid visa for working in Mombasa.
