Gardener (Contract, Mombasa)



We are currently seeking a skilled and hardworking Gardener to join our team on a contract basis in Mombasa. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Watering plants and ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place
- Performing routine maintenance on gardening tools and equipment
- Removing weeds and keeping garden beds tidy
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pest infestations
- Assisting with landscaping projects as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary but must have a passion for gardening
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, tools, and equipment
- Attention to detail for precise pruning and plant care
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients
- Must have own transportation to travel between job sites

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Mombasa.
