Housekeeping Supervisor


As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team in Mombasa. Your primary role will be to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay. You will supervise and train a team of housekeepers, ensuring that they adhere to our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
- Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to standard
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Communicate with other departments regarding guest needs or special requests
- Maintain a safe working environment for all staff members
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Swahili is a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.
