Rental Agent

We are a rental company based in Mombasa and we are seeking a Rental Agent to join our team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, accommodation provided, and biometric passport required. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for managing rental properties and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires no prior experience, making it ideal for beginners or non-native speakers looking to gain valuable skills in the rental industry.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of renting properties, including advertising, screening tenants, and collecting rent
- Conduct property inspections and address any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any complaints or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and property maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is required for this position
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to changing situations
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws and regulations (preferred but not required)
