Rental Coordinator (Mombasa, Kenya)
We are seeking a motivated and organized Rental Coordinator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a rental company, we provide various equipment and vehicles for short-term and long-term rentals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate rental contracts, handle inquiries from customers, and ensure timely delivery and return of rental items. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage rental contracts with clients
- Respond to inquiries from potential customers
- Ensure accurate documentation of rental agreements
- Schedule delivery and pick-up of rental items
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire rental process
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic computer systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (but not required)
