We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-time Smelter to join our team in Mombasa. As a smelter, you will be responsible for the melting and casting of various metals, such as iron, copper, and aluminum. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for additional income or a student with a background in metallurgy.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in smelting.
- Strong knowledge of metal properties and melting techniques.
- Ability to operate smelting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in extreme temperatures.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain smelting equipment, such as furnaces, crucibles, and ladles.
- Weigh and mix metals according to specific ratios for melting.
- Monitor temperature levels to ensure proper melting of metals.
- Pour molten metal into molds or casting machines.
- Trim excess material from castings using hand tools or grinders.
- Inspect castings for defects or impurities.
- Clean and maintain equipment regularly.

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
