Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals or businesses by phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.
- Document all communication and updates in our database.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Meet monthly collection goals set by management.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in collections or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Compensation:
This is a part-time position that offers a salary of $1500 per month. The schedule is flexible, but availability during some evenings and weekends is required.
