We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adjuster to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the appropriate amount of compensation to be paid out. This is a contract job without accommodation and is open to women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by conducting interviews, reviewing documents, and inspecting damaged property
- Analyze information gathered to determine the validity of the claim and the appropriate amount of compensation
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all investigations and settlements
- Keep up-to-date with insurance policies, laws, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an adjuster or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
