Job Title: CNC Operator


We are a manufacturing company based in Mombasa and we are seeking a skilled CNC operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and be able to read and interpret technical drawings. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines according to company standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance is a plus
